You claim to be the cheapest way to buy property, How & Why?
We negotiate best prices with the seller and do not need to charge to cover listing agent, venue costs, marketing costs, catalogue and printing etc. On average the seller will pay 10% of sales price achieved to the auction house. These are disguised as Sellers fee, Admin costs, etc. We do not add to list price at all and pass on discounts and commissions to reduce the reserve price.
What is a starting bid?
This is the price at which bidding begins also known as (offer)
How do I bid or make an offer?
You can bid in person, by telephone, or on the internet once registered. Offers can be made at anytime, these offers will be passed to the seller for acceptance or rejection immediately.
Can I appoint a bidder?
Yes. Some people authorize an agent to act on their behalf. The bidder must be registered to bid.
